Responsibilities
- Ensure professional and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Act as the interface between the tax advisor, support in various matters such as payroll accounting, HR issues, and personnel issues.
- Provide versatile support in daily tasks, including coordinating appointments, organizing meetings, and managing documents.
Profile
- Completed education as an office clerk or industrial clerk, or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, experience in office organization, communication, and administrative support.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills for communication with international business partners.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work style, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team spirit and organizational skills to successfully collaborate with external partners.
- Residing in Germany in Ludwigshafen/Mannheim and surrounding areas.
