We are a young consulting company offering office clerks or industrial clerks a challenging position as Executive Assistant. In this role, you will play a significant part in actively supporting daily business processes and ensuring their smooth operation. Your commitment is crucial for the efficient execution of our company activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure professional and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and other business partners.
  • Act as the interface between the tax advisor, support in various matters such as payroll accounting, HR issues, and personnel issues.
  • Provide versatile support in daily tasks, including coordinating appointments, organizing meetings, and managing documents.

Profile

  • Completed education as an office clerk or industrial clerk, or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally, experience in office organization, communication, and administrative support.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills for communication with international business partners.
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Team spirit and organizational skills to successfully collaborate with external partners.
  • Residing in Germany in Ludwigshafen/Mannheim and surrounding areas.
