Follow-Up Activities

  • CR monitors all confirmed and new project deliverables, ensuring that discussion points are aligned within the organization.
  • Serving as the central Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for workstreams, CR offers necessary guidance and ensures the prompt escalation of issues to the program management to prevent timeline disruptions.
