• CR liaises with each workstream to monitor the progress of expected project deliverables.
• In scenarios where additional support is needed, or if workstream capacity is insufficient, CR intervenes. Approval from the respective workstream is required.

Stakeholder Alignment

• CR coordinates pre-alignment with all relevant stakeholders from both the operating entity and the central team to streamline decision-making.
• Stakeholder feedback is integrated swiftly to hasten the progress of project deliverables and mitigate potential interdependencies.

Weekly Status Call

• CR moderates the weekly status call involving necessary stakeholders and workstreams from both parties and updates on the status of each project deliverable are provided, with specific contexts added.

• CR discusses necessary decisions in the context of prior alignments and proposes future steps, obtaining agreement on the way forward from all participants.

Weekly Status Report

• A comprehensive weekly status report is prepared by CR and distributed to all stakeholders and program management. This report includes results from the week's activities and outlines future actions.
• CR points out current challenges and risks in a neutral and transparent manner to foster awareness and prevent delays.

Follow-Up Activities

• CR monitors all confirmed and new project deliverables, ensuring that discussion points are aligned within the organization.
• Serving as the central Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for workstreams, CR offers necessary guidance and ensures the prompt escalation of issues to the program management to prevent timeline disruptions.
